RETURN AND REPLACEMENT

For return and replacement processes, primarily you need to completely fill in the turn in slip you will see at bottom of the invoice, stating the reason for returning the product and sign it. For return of products, you need to contact local UPS Office and ensure the receipt of the product by UPS.

All costs, including tax, customs and similar to arise in connection with the return of the product shall be borne by the customer. Please note the returned products must be in unused and un-deformed conditions.
